How to File a Claim with MIB

How to: File a claim on our website in 3 Easy Steps

STEP 1

In order to file a claim, one must first visit our website at the following link:

www.mibrk.com

Then you will hover over the “Claims” tab and select “file a claim”

STEP 2

The next step would be to fill out your claim details. Every field must be filled out, as the system will not allow you to proceed without the mandatory fields. It some cases, you may not have every detail, but its best to fill out and include any information you do have, including but not limited to, the date of loss and the description of the accident or incident that occurred.

If you have any supporting documentation that can assist in the claims process, you may add it in the details of your claim under “attach files” located at the bottom of the form.

STEP 3

Lastly, once every field is filled out, you will submit the claim. It will then be assigned to a Claims Specialist who will complete contact with the insured within 24 hours of receiving the claim.
